Zoom Interpretation Instructions

Para garantizar una experiencia fluida durante nuestra próxima reunión en Zoom, por favor siga las instrucciones a continuación para acceder al canal de interpretación:

1. Únase a la Reunión de Zoom:
   • Por favor, utilice el enlace de Zoom que le proporcionamos para unirse a la reunión en la hora programada.
2. Seleccione Su Canal de Idioma:
   • Una vez que esté en la reunión, busque el ícono de “Interpretación” en la parte inferior de la ventana de Zoom (esto aparecerá después de que el anfitrión haya habilitado la interpretación).

• Haga clic en el ícono de Interpretación (puede aparecer como un símbolo de un globo terráqueo).

3. Elija Su Idioma:
   • Aparecerá un menú con los idiomas disponibles.
   • Seleccione el canal de idioma al que desea escuchar (por ejemplo, Español, Inglés, etc.).

4. Ajuste la Configuración de Audio (si es necesario):
   • Si tiene dificultades para escuchar, verifique que el volumen de su computadora esté alto y que no esté en silencio en Zoom.
   • Puede alternar entre el audio original y la interpretación en cualquier momento accediendo nuevamente al menú de Interpretación y seleccionando el canal deseado.
5. Cambie de Canal en Cualquier Momento:
   • Puede cambiar su preferencia de idioma en cualquier momento durante la reunión haciendo clic nuevamente en el ícono de Interpretación y seleccionando otro idioma.

To ensure a smooth experience during our upcoming Zoom meeting, please follow the instructions below to access the interpreting channel:

1. Join the Zoom Meeting:
   • Please use the Zoom link/ QR Code we provided to join the meeting at the scheduled time.
2. Select Your Language Channel:
   • Once you’re in the meeting, look for the “Interpretation” icon at the bottom of the Zoom window or look for the 3 dots “More” if the interpretation icon is not automatically available.

• Click on the Interpretation icon (it may appear as a globe symbol).

3. Choose Your Language:
   • A menu will pop up with available languages.
   • Select the language channel that you would like to listen to (e.g., English, Spanish, etc.).

4. Adjust Audio Settings (if needed):
   • If you have trouble hearing, check that your computer’s volume is turned up and that you're not muted in Zoom.
   • You can switch between the original audio and the interpretation by going back into the Interpretation menu and selecting the desired channel.
5. Switch Channels Anytime:
   • You can change your language preference at any point during the meeting by clicking the Interpretation icon again and selecting a different language.
