Rhiannon Rainey
Community Coordinator for Project PHaEDRA
Rhiannon Rainey is the Community Coordinator for Project PHaEDRA. She assists volunteers and transcribes notebooks for the project, as well as handling the monthly newsletter. She started at Wolbach Library, working on their deduplication project before being promoted to Project PHaEDRA and subsequently moving to the Harvard Plate Stacks.
Rhiannon earned her Master's of Library and Information Science (MLIS) from Simmons University in 2024. She got her Bachelor of Arts in Greek and Roman Studies and in Psychology from Rhodes College. She's interested in how materials are labeled and organized, how they align with how the people represented think of themselves, and where they do not.
